Celeste graduated from Singapore Management University in 2024 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2026.

Celeste is committed to guiding clients through complex and often emotionally challenging family disputes, adopting a practical and empathetic approach to achieving effective outcomes.
Through her training under Head Lawyer Ms Gloria James-Civetta and Senior Lawyer Ms Chong Xin Yi, Celeste has been involved in a broad spectrum of family law matters, including simplified and contested divorce proceedings, interim custody, care and control applications, personal protection order matters, maintenance claims, injunctions, and applications under the Guardianship of Infants Act. Her experience spans both contentious and non-contentious proceedings, and she is adept at navigating the legal, procedural, and practical complexities that arise in such cases.
Prior to being called to the Singapore Bar, Celeste obtained her Provisional Practising Certificate in September 2025, through which she gained early exposure to court advocacy, including appearances before the Family Justice Courts. This has equipped her with a strong foundation in both the procedural and substantive aspects of family law practice.
Celeste is fluent in English and Mandarin, and is adept at communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds, approaching each matter with sensitivity to the different circumstances they face.
