"I strive for the best in obtaining favourable outcomes for my clients by strategising legal options tailored to their specific individual needs in a cost-effective manner."

- Felix Liew
Felix graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2016 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017.
Qualifications:
  • Advocate and Solicitor (Singapore) 2017
  • LL.B (Hons), National University of Singapore, 2016
Felix’s Family Law Experience:

Felix assists Ms Gloria James-Civetta’s family law team in various contentious matrimonial matters for both local and expatriate clients, including high nett worth individuals.

He has developed a keen interest in family law, particularly matrimonial issues. He firmly believes in the guiding principle of placing the child(ren)’s interests first and, where possible, to resolve matters through various methods of alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) before resorting to litigation.

Felix has successfully represented clients in various types of litigious court matters but finds his experience in assisting clients to obtain an amicable favourable outcome by way of mediation conducted at the Child-Focused Resolution Centre (“CFRC”) and private mediations by the Singapore Mediation Centre especially rewarding.

The areas of family law that Felix advises on includes (but not limited to) the following:

  • Contentious and Non-contentious divorces;
  • Maintenance of Spouse and/or child(ren);
  • Personal Protection Orders;
  • Child Custody Issues;
  • Division of Matrimonial Assets;
  • Pre-Marital and Separation Agreements;
  • Annulment;
  • Jurisdiction Applications;
  • Stay Proceedings.

“I strive for the best in obtaining favourable outcomes for my clients by strategising legal options tailored to their specific individual needs in a cost-effective manner.”
